Our team has received and will process your request in the next few days. Check additional information below for some of the questions you might have.

  • If the option selected was to transfer your ticket to a future DC Bike Ride in-person event (2021-2022), we will send you a confirmation email with all the details for your participation in the event by September 30.
  • If the option selected was to join the first-ever DC Virtual Ride (DCVR) this fall, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details for your participation in the event by September 30. Your $10 credit for a future DC Bike Ride registration will be sent on a separate email as well. Please note that due to the ticket value:
    • Youth registrants are eligible for this option, but not for the $10 credit for a future DC Bike Ride registration. The Virtual Rider Kit for Youth participants transferring their tickets will contain a face cover and pop socket;
    • The Virtual Rider Kit for VIP participants transferring their tickets to the DCVR event will include two additional premium items.
    • The Virtual Rider Kit for Rent & Ride participants transferring their tickets will include one pair of DCBR Koozies.
  • If the option selected was to donate your ticket fee to the Feed the Front Lines Fund, we will send you a donation confirmation email by October 19.
